The token service issue occurred due to the firewall upgradation activity. During the upgrade process, certain firewall configurations impacted token service connectivity and request flow. The issue was identified and the required configuration changes were applied to restore the service. Token services are now functioning normally after completion of the firewall upgrade activity.
